Hayden's blessing day, Kelsey's 11th birthday, & Mother's Day

As I went to add more pictures to the last post, I had the picture bar open and did not realize it, so could not upload. I went out and back in and found it. So here is the rest of the past 2 weeks.

Jackson, Maclay, and Ryan on Jennie's patio, with sidewalk chalk.
On Sunday after we got back from California, it was Kelsey's birthday, and Jeff and Jennie had Hayden blessed, so we were mostly together again.

Jeff's parents, Werner and Helen, with Hayden. Paul and Hayden.

Kylie and Kelsey with the birthday cake.

On Mother's day we only saw part of the kids. Vonda and Stephanie both sent text messages. Dora had sick kids. Both of her little ones were sick. Evan and Jaime came by for a visit and brought me 2 books that I really was planning to buy, so now already have them. Just before they got there, Ryan opened the hot oven door and burned his fingers. He cried for an hour, but I think most of it was because he was tired and needed a nap. I put some stuff on the fingers, and when he woke up, he was happy again.
Jeff and Jennie stopped by with baby Hayden. The boys just love him, as you can see in the next pictures.

Vacation

All 22 of us made it to Disneyland, and it was so great. Everyone had a wonderful time, enjoyed each other's company, and got in lots of rides. The 6 oldest grandkids took in all the wild rides, accompanied by most of the men and a few of the woment. The Moms of little ones, and Grandma and Jaime caught the less wild rides, but we all went on Pirates and Indiana Jones (except for the 4 little boys did not go on Indiana)
The weather was chilly for the water rides, but those who were brave went on Splash Mountain and Grizzly Rapids.
California adventure was great. Something for everyone.
We had such a good time!!!

Here we are on the Tram, going into Disneyland on Sunday, Apr 24

In Line for Small World

Lunch Time and Nap Time

Paul, Robert, Paul, and some of the Kids.

Jennie, Hayden, and Marian

Jackson found the cupboard to be a great place to play.

The Headboards in the rooms were tile, with stained wood over them. Jackson and Maclay thought this was a great place to climb. They have strong little toes and arms. Their short fingers hold on really well, but it scared us all. (No picture of the climbers, though.)

Grizzly Rapids is much like Rattlesnake Rapids at Lagoon. This is in California adventure.
The riders got "a little wet"

We took family Pictures, but I don't have them all on my camera. Paul S will photoshop them and make me a disk, that I can share later. Here we are with the 11 grandkids.

This was such a cute picture. Ryan just hugged Mickey Mouse. This was on Tuesday, and our last day at Disneyland
