Easter and such

I just realized that I have been slothful and not getting my stuff caught up.
Here are the angels. They woke up at 4 in the morning and played for hours (actually emptied a new box of tissues). When I got up at 7, this is what I found.

Easter was fun. Here are the baskets full of eggs from our back yard. They got the hang of it really fast.

And Easter Morning

We leave Friday for Disneyland, so we are ALL getting excited. Will send pictures from there.

Here it is, April 9. It is Grandpa Winkler's birthday, and also Cody's. They were born 100 years apart. Cody is 9 today and so that would make it 109 years since Grandpa was born.
At our house, there is never a dull moment. The boys LOVE to jump on the beds, couch, etc. Last week they jumped so much that they pulled Jackson's crib apart. Since he can't sleep in it, we put Ryan on the Futon bed and Jackson in Ryan's crib. That works well until Ryan becomes half awake, then he climbs into the crip with Jackson. Some mornings Jackson sleeps through it, but most times he wakes up. This morning they both were awake and crying at 0400. They did not want to go back to sleep. At 0800 I went to steal the laundry hamper and they were both asleep on the floor. I guess we will have to put them both on the Futon and take out the other crib. That would give them more room for their toys, but also give them more to stand on and reach higher.
Tuesday my washer died. We have had it for nearly 19 years, and the only problem we have had was the agitator. Paul replaced that a few years ago, but this time it was the bearings and that is more expensive and harder to fix. Soooo-- I now have a new energy efficient steam-clean washer. It is "candy apple" red and is wonderful. Much less water, soap, etc. No pictures, but you have to take my word for it that it is really nice. My dryer is not very old, so we did not replace that, but will probably get the matching dryer in a year or so, as it is very efficient also. Dora has the set and said that the dryer is done before the washer is. AMAZING!!
We went to dinner with Jennie and Jeff on Monday night. Jennie and Hayden's first outing. He slept all through dinner and walking through the mall. He is growing and filling out. He is a good eater and sleeps 4-5 hours at night, so Jennie is able to get her rest.
The count-down to Disneyland is 15 days. We will leave on Friday and meet everyone on Saturday evening, then to the parks on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Everyone is getting so excited. Dora has a computer program with the count-down on it, and the girls are excited to watch that.
We will send pictures from CA. I plan to take my lap top, and Paul S will definitely have his, as he has to do some work while we are gone.
